RHT is available to serve as Project Manager for a variety of energy-related projects during the installation phase of conservation or renewable energy measures. Depending upon what type of assistance the client needs, we will:
We research potential contractors for the projects and issue Requests for Quotes (RFQ). We ensure that contractors carry the required licenses and bonding and that they are registered with specific agencies, if required for contractors within a given state or county. We answer contractors' questions and research contractor backgrounds, contacting their references to verify past performance.
We review RFQs with the client and assist in determining the winning bid(s), then conduct pre-project site visits as needed with the contractors. Throughout the installation, we ensure that the proper equipment is installed to maximize the clients' energy saving potential, ensure schedule adherence, and communicate progress with the client at every stage.
After installation is complete, we inspect the project(s) post-installation to verify the measure(s) were installed in accordance with the contractor(s) bid(s), giving you confidence that your energy investment was executed to specification.
