"This letter is written to commend and recommend RHT Energy Solutions (RHT) as an outstanding consulting group. Recently, RHT assisted Green Diamond Sand Products with our new project, and in doing so, we believe that they deserve this recommendation. Green Diamond worked with RHT during the pre-construction design phase of our new industrial abrasive facility in Riddle, Oregon. RHT reviewed our design for a new material separation plant and did an intensive Engineering Energy Study on four possible energy saving projects. With the energy studies, we were able to secure Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) incentives that allowed us to move forward with projects that otherwise we would not have been able to undertake. Due to their performance obtaining ETO incentives, we independently retained RHT to generate an Energy Analysis Report to the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) for the Business Energy Tax Credit (BETC) application. The report detailed savings from electricity, natural gas, and diesel fuel for the entire new industrial abrasive facility project. As we were new to the ETO program and were a first time participator, RHT worked hard to educate us in the process and helped us to achieve the maximum incentives available in a timely manner."
