RHT Energy Solutions (RHT) is a Technical Support Pool Master Agreement Consultant for the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).   We are contracted to provide technical support to industrial customers in the BPA service territory.   RHT also provides program delivery and technical support to customers in the PP&L and PGE territories for the Energy Trust of Oregon.

At BPA an energy reduction project usually starts with preparation of a "Technical Services Proposal" (TSP). Eligible services for TSPs include (but are not limited to):
