Sherry has owned six companies in the past and brings her extensive managerial and organizational experience. As Business Manager for RHT, Sherry is responsible for managing the operations of the company. Sherry has also achieved a 96% success rate in obtaining grants for RHT clients. She also researches new opportunities for RHT growth and diversification, and prepares RHT responses to Requests for Proposal.
Additionally, Sherry manages the commercial business conservation programs that RHT administers, ensuring that proper follow-up is conducted to maximize energy savings. She also develops procedures and ensures uniformity in RHT's approach to projects, as well as managing the administrative staff.
Sherry also speaks fluent Japanese and was instrumental in negotiations to influence a prominent Japanese company to relocate to Oregon.
