David Morris, B.S., P.E.
Mechanical Engineer / Energy Analyst
David is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oregon. David obtained his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University. David currently serves as an engineer-analyst, conducting energy analysis studies, analyzing data, and preparing reports for energy conservation projects at industrial facilities.
Prior to joining RHT, David was an independent engineering consultant operating under the business name DRM Engineering. He provided engineering services on a wide range of projects from material handling conveyors to facility Oil Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans. David also performed energy analysis studies on piping systems and process changes.
David has extensive manufacturing and machine design experience working at Medford Fabrication as a project and design engineer for twelve years. His areas of expertise include: destructive testing and certification of Roll Over Protective Structures (ROPS), heavy equipment guarding package design, high pressure hydraulic systems, steel fabrication and log fork design.
