After serving with Pacific Power and Light for 27 years, Buzz Thielemann founded RHT Energy Solutions in 1999.   Since the beginning, Buzz has used his extensive knowledge of the energy industry to assist businesses in becoming more profitable.   He does this by working to find energy and other utility savings while improving production efficiency.   Buzz also broke new ground by becoming the first energy aggregator in the state of Oregon.

When RHT Energy Solutions works with a client, the objective is to improve their financial "bottom line" with energy saving solutions.   This may be with alternative billing mechanisms, metering, different energy sources, or with more efficient equipment.
